What a wonderful Father’s Day gift for my brother. He designed it with a fantastic Irish quote about champagne. The wood box is very sleek and makes a beautiful presentation.
I ordered this sheath all the way from Germany after being gifted a Fox FX-2006 champagne saber for my birthday. While the sheath is rather stiff at first. This actually helps to securely retain the blade. The quality of leather is flawless and pairs well with the look of the saber.

Our shipping services, UPS and USPS, have been reliable with an approximate 99% success rate. Your order was for UPS Ground, which would have taken a week to arrive. We upgraded the order to USPS 3-day, which should have saved 4 days.
Our intent was to serve you better. And based on the reliability of both carriers, there was no risk factor.

I bought this as part of a 50th birthday present for my boyfriend, who is a wine connoisseur. As we were en route in Sonoma, I called to see if we could pick it up as opposed to having it shipped. Frank was incredibly responsive and made sure I knew exactly how to get to his shop. Once there, he showed us around and presented us with the saber, which was beautifully wrapped and presented. It was more than I could have asked for and my boyfriend was blown away! The saber itself is stunning and substantial, and the engraving beautiful. I could not have asked for more!

I have required additional support for at least one purchase and had an equally exceptional experience with customer service. Saber came on time, my biggest complaint is that the handle looks like it has rust on it. Unfortunately it is on both sides & given the cost I am disappointed. I was hoping to make this a family heirloom but I can’t imagine it will age well at all and am disappointed

In my request, I took the time to state how much the sabers I ordered have been appreciated and provide the order numbers. I then explained that my niece is getting married March 22nd and asked if you could extend your return policy to 30 days after this date if I order a saber for her and her soon-to-be husband now.

I placed the order, my money was taken, a delivery date and time received but a week later no delivery! On chasing DHL, I have been advised that it has been returned to the supplier. No one has the courtesy to inform me so I am in the dark as to what is going on.
