How do I return or exchange an item?

RETURNS
  • All "un-used or un-engraved" products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. You must pay return shipping fee.
  • Customized products cannot be returned with the exception of products having a manufactures defect, engraving error caused by Sonoma Champagne Sabres, or an item damaged during shipping.

EXCHANGES

  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Used items or items damaged from your handling cannot be exchanged.
Refunds & Exchanges will be issued/processed within 24 hours upon our receiving the returned item.
