Great Sabers - Poor Service

I've bought two sabers from you in the last 6 months and they are wonderful. They were gifts and my friends that received them are absolutely thrilled.

I chose to write this response because I found it funny that your company has followed up with me for a review but has not followed up on a question I sent through your website's contact request feature.

In my request, I took the time to state how much the sabers I ordered have been appreciated and provide the order numbers. I then explained that my niece is getting married March 22nd and asked if you could extend your return policy to 30 days after this date if I order a saber for her and her soon-to-be husband now.

It would still be great if you could provide a response.

You have my sincerest apology for our lapse in customer service. Over the past few weeks, we experienced some unfortunate extenuating events affecting our family. Being a small family-run business, these circumstances pulled us away from the company for too long. I can assure you this lapse is not normal, and I can prove it by the great reviews we have received throughout the years.

Amazing experience with this company

I needed a special award for our customer facing team. Frank was very helpful and patient as we reviewed the different sabers and was quick to send mock ups of the engraved swords. We ended up with a beautiful product and it was a huge success at the recognition meeting

Gift for Color Guard Commander

This gift was a Change of Command gift for out going Color Guard commander for a Patriotic Linage society. A retired US Navy Captain who once commanded the USS Constitution in Boston, MA. He had told me when he was married in Gibraltar during his Navy career that they opened the champagne bottles with swords. This gift totally caught him off guard and he was very impressed with.
