We are sorry to hear your package is runnig late. We know how frustrating and disappointing this can be. Please note that we received your order on 9/17 and shipped it on 9/18 via USPS 3-day service. Our shipping services, UPS and USPS, have been reliable with an approximate 99% success rate. Your order was for UPS Ground, which would have taken a week to arrive. We upgraded the order to USPS 3-day, which should have saved 4 days.
Our intent was to serve you better. And based on the reliability of both carriers, there was no risk factor.
We are investigating the matter, and I will get back to you as soon as I have a resolution. I will call or email you.

How do I return or exchange an item?
All "un-used and un-engraved" products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Any customized products cannot be returned with the exception of products having a manufactures defect, engraving error caused by Sonoma Champagne Sabres, an item damaged during shipping. Refunds & Exchanges will be issued/processed within 24 hours upon our receiving your returned item.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot refund a personalized item unless we are at fault of mis-engraved text or poor quality marking.
