How do I return or exchange an item?
All "un-used and un-engraved" products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Any customized products cannot be returned with the exception of products having a manufactures defect, engraving error caused by Sonoma Champagne Sabres, an item damaged during shipping. Refunds & Exchanges will be issued/processed within 24 hours upon our receiving your returned item.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot refund a personalized item unless we are at fault of mis-engraved text or poor quality marking.
