RETURNS

  • All "unused or un-engraved" products can be returned within 30 days for a refund. You pay return shipping fees.
  • Customized products cannot be returned, with the exception of products having a manufacturer's defect, engraving error caused by Sonoma Champagne Sabres, or an item damaged during shipping.

EXCHANGES

  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Used items or items damaged from your handling cannot be exchanged.

Refunds & Exchanges will be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned item.
